How do you set it up?

  1. Plug in your Mini Cine™ to a power port/power bank
  2. Turn 'on' with remote or press the button on the Mini Cine™
  3. Plug in your Lightning to HDMI cable - connect Iphone to projector 
  4. Select 'HDMI' option on the screen via remote 
  5. Play your fave shows and movies! It's that simple 

 Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs may apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are and what shipping option you choose. Usually, orders will take between 8-20 business days to arrive with our Tracked Shipping option. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. 

What shipment carrier do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

 

THE MINI CINE

Does it work with Mobile Phones?

Yes yes yes! You can connect any mobile devices with the MiniCine. You will need an HDMI adapter that connects with your phone's charger, in order to connect it.

Does it heat fast?

Definitely not! We have built the MiniCine with an advanced cooling system, that reduces heat and has an advanced hydraulic axial fan. This will allow you to use the projector for hours, before it starts to get a little heated.

Is it equipped with speakers?

The MiniCine has its own audio system on the projector. At the front of the projector, you will see a black colored speaker, that is the one. You can also plug in external speakers to up the ante of your home theater through the audio jack!

What is the resolution of the MiniCine?

The native resolution for the MiniCine is (320x340), but supports a resolution up to (1920x1080)

Can I use headphones when using the MiniCine?

Of course! It has a headphone output jack on the right hand side, it supports all types of headphones.

 

AFTER PURCHASE 

I've put a wrong Shipping Address / Chose the wrong Variant! Can I change?

If this happens to you, email us using our Contact Us page as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to change it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use. 

My package is stuck in Customs, what can I do?

Customs, Postal Services & MiniCine are different entities, hence we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local post services and cannot be made responsible for the customs services in your country. 

Payment of customs charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at the MiniCine. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

If your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and asking them to release your items

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What if I receive a damaged / faulty product?

If you have received a damaged or faulty product from MiniCine, please send us a photographic, or video proof of the damage and we will send you a new working item right away.

Please note: we have a zero change of mind refund policy. We issue refunds for products that are faulty/have been damaged.
